Combat Sports Center is equipped with a judo mat for practicing kickboxing, karate and judo. We have cardio stations like elliptical machine and treadmills. We also have strength conditioning stations (machines and free weights). We have thai pads, body targets and hand targets for practicing kicks and punches.
